FEES There is a myth that hiring the services of a wedding planner is unnecessary and expensive. But we can offer you a service that not only ensures that your dream wedding is a resounding success, but also that we can tailor make the fee structure to suit your own particular requirements as well. We have seen many competitors who charge one standard fee for the organisation of a wedding without any flexibility. We do not work that way. Our fees are based on the amount of work that is required to ensure success, and also on the numbers attending a wedding. But we are flexible to the needs and budgets of all our clients. To give you an example of the coverage of our own fees Communication –regular written, oral and email communication with you, phone calls, letters etc to ensure that you are in touch with every aspect of the planning and delivery of your special day. Supplier Quotes - attending meetings with suppliers to discuss your needs and requirements on an individual basis and then negotiate the best possible prices and discounts that are available for your special day Supplier bookings - Writing formally to suppliers to book the variety of services that are required and then following these up with confirmation letters, initial deposits, the planning and timings of attendance and the intricate details that are required to ensure success. Venues – looking at your requirements and matching these with the available venues, writing the full description of the venue for you and individualising this to incorporate your needs and requirements. Then finding the right menu options that suit you and your party, arranging the decor of the venue, the venue booking, payment of deposits and ongoing regular update meetings with the venues Legalities - working with you on all the legal aspects, the required documentation and timescales. Submitting documentation to the authorities on your behalf, ensuring that all of the paperwork is in order and correct , and legally binding. Pre-consultation periods – creating the plan of action with you, creating timescales and advising on when various aspects of the planning process needs to be completed from sending the invitations to choosing your wedding attire, we ensure that you are kept uptodate with the whole process in a clear and concise manner Attendance at rehearsals - the planning and attendance at rehearsals, ensuring everything not only goes to plan, but is in line with your wishes. Using our language skills to communicate on your behalf On the day attendance - full attendance on the day to ensure that everything is in place and fully organised. Calling all the suppliers on the morning of the wedding to ensure they are organised and know where to be at the venues at the pre-set times. Breakfast with the bridal couple to allay any fears. Attendance at the ceremony and reception until the final evening disco starts Payment of suppliers taking care of the payment of all the suppliers on your behalf and getting receipts for you.
